2024 Mid-Atlantic Elks Invitational Soccer Shoot

Mid-Atlantic Elks Soccer Shoot Champion:

Congratulations on representing your State Elks Association at the Mid-Atlantic Elks Invitational Soccer Shoot to be held in York, PA on March 1st, 2nd and 3rd, 2024.  We have an exciting weekend planned for you and your family!!

Our host hotels this year are the Heritage Hill Resort, 2700 Mt. Rose Avenue, York, PA and Holiday Inn Express, 140 Leader Heights Road, York, PA.  All Lodging requests should be made through Peggy Berry as we have negotiated rates with the properties. The Mid-Atlantic Elks Invitational Soccer Shoot will take place at Ballyhoo Sports Arena at the Heritage Hills Complex.  Hotel directions to and from York Elks Lodge, 223 N George Street, York, PA are listed in your program.  The following is our schedule of events for the weekend:

Friday Evening March 1st, 2024

4:00-9:00pm: Reception and registration for all contestants hosted by the Regional Soccer Shoot Committee is at the York Elks Lodge along with a welcome pizza party and DJ from 530-8pm. At the York Elks Lodge you will receive your State Association uniform, State Champion warm up, program and hotel information.  

Saturday March 2nd, 2024

7:00-8:30 am: Breakfast on your own

8:30 am: Travel to the competition (minutes away and directions are in the program).

9:00 am: Mid-Atlantic Elks Invitational Soccer Shoot begins.

12:00 pm: Lunch on your own. Enjoy downtown York and Festivities! Many eateries to find a bite to eat!

6:30 pm: Awards Banquet and dinner at the Heritage Hills Resort.
