Philipsburg #1173 Uses Elks Spotlight Grant To Help Feed Community

On September 11, 2024 the Philipsburg Elks Lodge #1173 presented a $2,000 check to the St Paul’s Episcopal Church as part of the Elks Spotlight Grant to help with their free community luncheons they provide monthly.
